The previous week was still very cold and all the lakes in Harriman were still frozen. Tiorati is one of the largest lakes, and has several islands, including some big ones. I opted to go to Tiorati and explore all the islands walking on the frozen lake.

I parked in the Cedar Pond campground area on Seven Lakes Drive, near the southern part of the lake. This parking area is only open to the public when the lake is frozen. I walked on the lake heading southeast, to the camp dock, and then northeast towards the small island. I then headed to the two large islands in the middle of the lake and walked along each island in the center. I then continued north, to the camp dock and swimming area on the northern side of the east shore of the lake.

I then continued to the north end of the lake, where the beach is, and then headed south towards some of the smaller islands. I then went to the land area and walked through Cedar Pond campground and then headed back to my car.
